our Freedoms left

our Freedoms left

This ritual has been going on for a long time. So that the feeling of a forgotten glimpse of the sun can be refreshed. August 14 is a day of great significance for Pakistanis. Thank God that He blessed us with the land of Pakistan on this day in 1947..

In our homeland, Pakistanis celebrate independence on this day. They also wave flags, gather hundreds of motorbikes and vehicles if possible and hold a rally, as far as possible in a few words of congratulations on freedom. But putting up banners of freedom at the crossroads, and holding attractive events, does not give a glimpse of real freedom. We know that it is a waste of time to repeat the known things. So let's move on to an unknown topic...

Although the month of independence continues. On this occasion, the issue of freedom is the reason for the decoration of the Majlis. But in a society where liberties are limited. And if the shackles of slavery have been made an ornament of freedom, then in this society, while reversing its customs and traditions, we seek to move the pen on some aspects of slavery.

When we use the word "freedom", we must also understand the meaning of freedom, and the meaning of freedom depends on the meaning of slavery. What is the meaning of slavery? Muhammad Qutb, the brother of Syed Qutb Shaheed, the great thinker of the Islamic world, wrote his book "Suspicions of Islam" which is translated into Urdu as "Islam and the Doubts of the Modern Mind" and translated into English as "The Misunderstood Religion"....

Explaining the meaning of slavery, he said, "What is the meaning of slavery other than enslaving one nation to another and depriving it of all its human rights? This is the true meaning of slavery." Understand that the creatures bow down to the creatures. In another place he writes about the countries addicted to communism and capitalism: The curse of slavery is still on the people of these countries. The master of the communist countries is their government. The rest of the people must be obeyed as slaves without any tricks or arguments.

And in the capitalist system, the big capitalists occupy power and authority and the rest of the people are at their mercy. Now let us think a little. The nature of your freedom can be felt to some degree. If not, go ahead and see their next sentence: Consider the issue of slavery. In doing so, we must also keep in mind the fact that in the post-Islamic period, various governments supported slavery and maintained it in various forms. The reason for their attitude was lust..

patriotism, and extreme greed for power. Due to which every nation or class wanted to keep another nation and class as its slave. Another reason for slavery was poverty. People born into poor families, or working on land farms, were looked down upon and treated like slaves...

It is possible that the shackles of slavery have been seen hanging around the necks of a class. If it still does not come, then close your eyes, then look at your free country and consider where slavery is being nurtured in the arms of freedom. First of all, we find ourselves enslaved in the search for the meaning of freedom, because freedom is generally understood to mean that whoever does whatever he wants, everything he does is according to his will and something. Do not dare to block the path of his demands. You can call it unbridled, but wait, look at what the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam, has to say about independence...

It is also worth noting that: independence does not mean unbridled. Freedom has placed a great responsibility on you, now it has become necessary for you to act as an organized and disciplined nation. (Dhaka University. March 26, 1948) How can we become an organized nation now? It requires a complete code of conduct that is free from chaos, and that is the way of Islam, which commands with regard to both the individual and society. And since it is a complete code of life, Strongly denies anyone's partnership...

You may have heard the slogan "What is the meaning of Pakistan? La ilaha illa Allah". But if considered, this slogan has the true meaning of freedom in its practical form. Because when we are members of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, then we have to understand freedom according to the concept of Islam. We don't have to see who says what, but when Pakistan is achieved in the name of Islam, then we have to see what Islam says. So the path of permanent freedom that Islam shows us is the name of the Creator of the world instead of the self-made world, which is the meaning of the word Tayyiba. But when the time comes what will you call it if you are content with empty slogans?
